Welcome to the website of Lōkahi Holistic Healing (“Lōkahi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at lokahi.co (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lōkahi. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Services
Lōkahi Holistic Healing provides wellness and lifestyle guidance informed by functional laboratory testing. Our services include clinical intake consultations, coordination of laboratory panels through a CLIA-certified laboratory, interpretation of results, personalized nutrition and supplement guidance, and ongoing support programs.
Our Site provides the ability to learn about our programs, review our service tiers, submit an inquiry, book a consultation, and — where available — enroll in a program directly.
3. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully.
Lōkahi Holistic Healing provides wellness and lifestyle guidance. Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care by a licensed medical provider.
We do not diagnose disease. Laboratory testing is performed by an independent CLIA-certified laboratory; we interpret patterns in that data and translate them into guidance about nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle.
Please continue to work with your physician on any medical condition. Do not stop, start, or change any prescribed medication without the guidance of your prescribing provider.
Individual results vary. Nothing on this Site, in our communications, or in our programs constitutes a guarantee of any particular outcome. Statements about what clients commonly report are descriptions of experience, not promises of results.
Lōkahi is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and to participate in our SMS program. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Services may be provided to minors when arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Programs, Pricing, and Payment
Program pricing is displayed on our Site and may change from time to time. The price applicable to you is the price in effect at the time you enroll.
Pricing does not include third-party blood draw fees, which are paid directly to the collection facility. We will help you arrange a convenient local option.
Payment is due on enrollment. Your program begins and laboratory panels are ordered once payment has cleared.
Supplements, retesting, and additional panels are billed separately unless expressly included in your program.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Enrollment secures laboratory authorization, testing materials, and dedicated consultation time. Because these services involve immediate processing and resource allocation, all payments are non-refundable once laboratory orders have been placed or clinical services have begun.
If you need to postpone before that point, contact us at info@lokahi.co and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Consultations may be rescheduled using the link in your confirmation email. As much notice as you can give is appreciated.
7. Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing requires authorization by a licensed healthcare provider and a blood draw performed by a qualified medical professional. We coordinate this process on your behalf.
Testing is performed by an independent CLIA-certified, FDA-inspected laboratory. The laboratory generates the data; Lōkahi interprets the pattern. Most results are available within 10 to 15 business days after the laboratory receives your specimen.
Laboratory results are not delivered by email or text message. We will notify you that results are available and arrange a session to review them with you.
8. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
Program description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, program updates, and customer support communications to individuals who have booked with Lōkahi through our website or scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.
Two categories of consent
Our forms offer two independent SMS consent options. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Lōkahi.
- Non-marketing (transactional): appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, laboratory and program updates, payment notifications.
- Marketing: information about programs, offers, events, and educational content.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe by SMS, after which you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did originally.

Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Supported carriers and carrier liability
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at lokahi.co/privacy-policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information — including how we handle health information.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement — is the property of Lōkahi or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law.
The Lōkahi name, logo, and related names, logos, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.
11. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or connected systems
- Use automated means, including robots, crawlers, or scrapers, without our written permission
- Introduce viruses or other harmful material
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site
- Impersonate Lōkahi, our staff, or any other person or entity
12. User Submissions
Information you submit through the Site is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you submit, and you represent that your submissions do not violate any third party’s rights.
Please do not include detailed health information in free-text fields on our website. Health information is properly collected through our clinical intake, where it is appropriately protected.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including scheduling platforms, payment processors, and embedded content. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ON IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LŌKAHI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LŌKAHI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lōkahi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Broward County, Florida.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at info@lokahi.co. If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or resolution in the courts specified above.
18. Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or deemed deleted if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions continue in full force.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lōkahi regarding your use of the Site. Where you have signed a separate client agreement for a program, that agreement governs the services provided under it.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the revision date appears at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following posting means you accept the changes.
